1ST ROUND OF COUNSELLING (1ST MERIT LIST GENERATION)

Merit list is program-wise, based on best five marks, weightage, reservation, verified documents, and preferences; seats allotted per availability; applicants may defer if not allotted first choice.

2ND ROUND OF COUNSELLING (2ND MERIT LIST GENERATION)

Only applicants not allotted seats in the 1st list are considered for the 2nd; same process applies. Non-admitted or deferred candidates may join physical counselling. Not for PG admissions.

3RD ROUND OF COUNSELLING (PHYSICAL COUNSELLING)

Daily waiting lists will be shared with colleges for physical counselling. Students report physically, pay fees online/offline, and verified eligible admissions are finalized. Previous seats auto-cancel upon new booking; refunds follow norms.

  • 10th Certificate
  • 12th Certificate
  • Residential Certificate
  • Caste Certificate (only for SC/ST/OBC category)
  • Recent passport size photograph and signature
  • Gap Year Certificate (for those who have a gap year)
  • Income Certificate (no older than six months)
  • Character Certificate (available from school)
  • Email ID and Mobile Number

Application Cycle 1 (Fall Intake - August/September Start)

  1. Application Open: February 30, 2025
  2. Early Bird Deadline: February 15, 2025
  3. Regular Deadline: March 31, 2025
  4. Notification of Admission: April 20, 2025
